I bring over 20 years experience in people and HR management, leadership development and coaching developed within consulting, financial service and customer service industries as well as the not-for-profit and public sectors.

I am a professionally qualified coach (AOEC), and an associate member of the Association for Coaching; a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD); Hogan suite accredited and FEBI certified. I am currently studying for a BSc (Honours) in Psychology with the Open University. I am also a Trusted Coach, which means that I have proven qualifications, professional membership, insurance, Supervision, experience and references.
Prior to joining the consulting world, I held several senior HR and Leadership Development roles within BSkyB and Lloyds TSB.
