Space to Reflect
An hour to pause, think and hear yourself more clearly
Most of us spend our days responding to other people's priorities: meetings, emails, decisions, conversations and commitments all compete for our attention.
One of the things I've always enjoyed most about my work is creating spaces where people can stop and think. Space to Reflect grew from that.
It's simply an hour each month to step away from all of that: a chance to pause and make time for whatever feels most important to you.
Some people come with a question they've been carrying around for a while. Others simply come to see what emerges.
You don't need to prepare. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What happens during the session?
Each session begins with a simple reflective prompt.
You can use that prompt, or bring whatever is on your mind.
There is time for individual reflection, an invitation (never an obligation) to think with someone else in a breakout room, and a short closing conversation for anyone who would like to share a thought before we finish.
You don't need to have a problem to solve - sometimes it's enough simply to notice what emerges.
What people have said afterwards
"The real gift was headspace."
"A moment to slow down, to pause, and to feel seen and heard in the safety of an incredible group."
"It gave me the time to explore something that had been brewing in my mind but that I hadn't been giving enough space to expand."
Timing & format
One hour online each month.
Held on Zoom.
Individual reflection, optional partner conversation and a short closing conversation.
Pay as you can
Space to Reflect is offered on a pay as you can basis. I want it to be accessible while recognising the time and care that go into creating and holding the sessions.
Whether you choose to contribute a little, a lot or simply attend, you'll be equally welcome.
As a guide, contributions are usually between £5 and £50 (including VAT where applicable).
Reflection Journal
If you choose to contribute financially, whatever the amount, you'll receive a digital copy of my Reflection Journal to support thinking between sessions.
If you'd rather not receive it, just let me know.
ABOUT
ReFrames
Leadership development isn’t a set formula. It's about more than skills. It’s about mindset, presence, and creating environments where people can think well, lead well, and thrive. I partner with organisations to design tailored leadership pathways that are practical, reflective, and human — two of which have been recognised with Brandon Hall Group Gold Awards. Whether through coaching, facilitation, or insightful support, I help teams grow leaders who are both grounded and forward-looking.
CLIENTS
Experience
The impact of this work, whether through coaching, supervision, thinking partnership, or leadership development - is best understood through the reflections of those who’ve lived it. Here, clients share what it’s meant to pause, think deeply, and engage in purposeful development. Their words offer insight into what becomes possible when we create the space to reframe, refocus, and move forward with intention.
